A consultation in your home offers the greatest chance of success, as the behaviourist is able to assess the animal, and it's interaction with you, at first hand and in a familiar environment.
Home consultations can be arranged on weekday and Saturday mornings at a cost of R350 for the first consultation, plus traveling if the consultation is more than 10kms from Grahamstown.
Follow up consultations cost R200, plus traveling, if applicable. Follow up consultations by email or telephone are free, within reason.
All consultations include a written report and action plan, as well as a report to the referring Veterinarian, if applicable.
Email or Telephonic Consultations
Email or Telephonic consultations can be effective, where a home consultation is inconvenient.
Success will depend on the amount of information available to the behaviourist and will require the completion of an in-depth initial questionnaire as well as follow ups.
An email or telephonic consultation costs R250. Follow ups within reason are free of charge.
The consultation will include a written report, action plan and report to the referring Veterinarian, where applicable.
